Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Norton, MA

In this role, you will:
- Receive and act on incoming emails and phone calls from our customers.
- Generate and follow up on quotes to help secure equipment orders.
- Create marketing content for our sales team and our distributors.
- Sales support materials, including but not limited to: email campaigns, web pages, social media posts, mailers, sales flyers, digital advertisements, and administrative documents.
- Be the champion user of our CRM (Goldmine).

We’re looking for candidates with 3+ years of relevant work experience and a passion for marketing.
You must have:
- Excellent, communication, organization, and project management skills
- Previous experience writing, editing, and managing marketing content.
- Inside Sales and/or customer service experience.
- PC skills; Outlook, Excel & CRM experience.
